Banquet Information

General Information

All menus, room arrangements, and other details pertaining to your event should be submitted as early as possible to ensure proper coordination of your event. Our facility must supply all food with the exception of a pre-approved dessert. Our chef will work with you on any special requests or substitutions. Our buffets are unlimited for one full hour, and any remaining food must be returned to the restaurant.

Minimums and Guarantees

A monetary minimum must be met to reserve one of our rooms. That minimum may fluctuate depending on the day of the week and the time of year. An exact, final attendance must be given at least 7 days prior to your event. This number may not be reduced after the 7 day notice. The guaranteed number will be reflected on the final bill unless the count increases. A paying guest is anyone over the age of 3. Children ages 4 - 10 receive $3.00 off the chosen menu. All food and beverage is subject to sales tax and an 18% service gratuity.

Alcohol Policy

Red Rock Falls offers a BYOB policy. A $1.00 service fee will be applied for each guest attending an event which offers alcohol. The host of the event assumes all responsibility in the serving of alcoholic beverages; however, NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 21 MAY BE SERVED. Proper ID is required, and anyone not observing this rule will be asked to leave the premises.


To alleviate any problems, we suggest that anyone attending your event parks in our overflow lot BEHIND the Apple Butter Inn Bed and Breakfast.

Deposits and Payments
A $100.00 deposit is required to secure a room. All deposits are non-refundable, and final payment must be made on the day of the event.
